What a Cute Mummy!

Ok, here's my card for Ilid Co's 2nd challenge, the challenge was to use 4 layers, 3 embellishments and have one or more pumpkins anywhere on the card. I also made this for the first Swap and Share challenge where you had to make a card using something you received in a swap or RAK. The pumpkin embossed background I recieved in the Canadian Express image swap on SCS. The image is from Ildi Co's Halloweenies line, isn't he adorable?!

We'll leave the current challenge up for 2 more weeks since we'd said people would have a month to work on it.

3 cards with one image swap

These are the cards I made for the grab bag swap I'm in, where once a month each person takes turns sending supplies to the other members of the group and then we all have to make each other different cards with those supplies. I had a lot of fun with this set from The Greeting Farm.

For the Red and Black card I used the sketch from Delightful Sketches and the Red, Green and Chocolate card I used the colour challenge from Paper Makeup Stamps.

Boo!

This is one of my favorite new Ilid Co images from the latest "Halloweenies" release! This one is called Ghosty. I made this card for one of the challenges over at Virtual Stamp Night over on Splitcoast Stampers this past weekend. The goal was to use 4 different colours, 4 layers and 8 embellishments.

Sunshine Vanity!

Here's a new Feminine image from Sunshines Stamps. Isn't it pretty! I used the sketch from Tuesday Morning Sketches and the colours plus ribbon for the Bizzy Becs challenge. The paper and brads are from Basic Grey and their challenge was to use embossing, which I did along the edge of the card.

By Sand or Sea

Here's a double page layout I made for a Summer page swap. The first page I used Cuddles Picnic and Cuddles Off to the Beach from Ildi Co and the 2nd page I used the Aqua Amigos from Paper Works.

I really struggled with this set for some reason, but I like the way it turned out in the end. The hard part was getting them to coordinate, but I wanted one page to be above ground and one under water, so it took me a while to figure out how to mesh the two concepts. I just couldn't get what was in my head down on paper!

A CAS Gooney Gonzo

I decided to make a Clean And Simple (CAS) card with Gooney Gonzo from Sunshines Stamps to keep Gooney as the main focus. I decided to pick fun colours and DP for this card, since it's such a fun image. I coloured him with Copic markers and added brads to each corner.

For this card I used the sketch challenge from Paper Works, the colour challenge (pumpkin, green apple & so saffron) from StampTV and the use ribbon challenge by Tuesday Morning Sketches. Check out those great challenges and make your own entries!

To make this card I coloured with my Copic markers. and used eyelets to weave the ribbon through the card stock. I also used a textured plate through my Big Shot to get a texture on the pumpkin cardstock, but it's really hard to see that in this picture.

A card for Paige

Paige is a 13 year old girl who was in a boating accident and Erin is trying to get together 100 cards to send to her and her family. Go to Erin's blog for more informations. I also used this weeks StampTV Sketch and did the ABC challenge "D" is for Die cuts. I also entered this card in the Digital Tuesday Challenge, which involved using an image of a kid. This image is a Clown Kid, so I figured that would still qualify :) This adorable digital stamp is called Clownkins Sitting by Ildi Co.

Sunshine Sunday

Here's another great image from Sunshine's Stamps Ocean Dwellers series. This one is called Suzanne Swordfish. I used the colours for Gina K's colour challenge (pink, grey, black and white) over at StampTV.

I coloured Suzanne with Copics and I put a glaze on her seashells. I used my Nesties to cut out the circles. I cut her nose out with scissors and slipped it over the circle before I ran it through my Big Shot. I had a lot of fun making this card!
