PMS Monday Sketch

I had so much fun making this card as yellow and purple are my 2 favorite colours! I love Paper Makeup stamps and so I made this card for one of their sketch challenges in the hopes that I may be the lucky winner for this week! Here's the link to their blog for more info. I used the Chelly with Lucky Clover stamp and I coloured her in with Copics. I embellished with some Prima flowers and ribbon.

Another Superbird Project

Here's a shoe box I altered as a storage box for my son's cars. He has so many cars and they are always lost at the bottom of the toy box so having them in their own box shall hopefully prevent him from being tempted to upset the whole toy box to find one car, lol. I used the fabulous Superbird Race Car Digital image from Sunshine Stamps and I made him very large for the top of the box, which I coloured in with Copic Markers, and then I printed several smaller images which my son coloured in and mounted them all around the box. For the background paper I just ran my tire tred wheel from Stampin Up! accross white paper and used that to wrap the box. This is my first time trying something like this so it's not super fancy, but I figured for a little boy to store his cars in, it'll work just fine :)

Tilda with Cowberry Muffin

Here's a card I made for the Roses on Paper Challenge # 17 and the Little Stamp Shoppe Sketch Challenge. Both challenges are offering a really great prize so be sure to check them out and enter your own design!

I used Tilda with a Cowberry Muffin from Magnolia Stamps and the Heart stamps are from the Angel Company. I also used the Stylized Flowers Cuttlebug embossed background. I doubled up the hearts with a light pink underneath and the darker pink heart raised with 3D foam dots. And I coloured Tilda in with Copic markers.

Bizzy Becs Blog Candy!

To celebrate the new Challenge Blog called "Bizzy Becs Creatalicious Challenges" They are having an awesome blog candy giveaway. Be sure to check it out HERE!

Pretty in Pink

Here's a nice and simple card I made using mostly punches to embellish. I punched a hole in the front of the card to show the stamped image on the inside of the card. I think the effect worked well. The punches I used were SU! scalloped circle and oval and Fiskars lace border punch. I used one stamp from the SU polka dot punches set and the sentiment is from the Angel Company. The ink colour used was Hollyhock from Close to my Heart.

Cute Cowboy!

Malcolm made a great addition to this picture of my son! I thought it might be fun to try making a picture frame with Malcolm so I wrapped a wooden frame with PP that I found at a LSS, then I printed out Malcolm and the sentiment, coloured them in with Copics and added some buttons. Voila, a nice and easy project that can be hung on the wall or given as a great gift! Get your own FREE Malcolm Milktruck image today at Sunshines Stamps!
